New Executive Director Selected

The Board of Directors of Fulcher Foundation are pleased to announce that Clare LeBlanc will join the Foundation in the role of Executive Director on November 3, 2025.

Clare joins the Foundation with more than 30 years experience working in philanthropy, government, and nonprofit leadership. Most recently she was the Executive Lead for Homelessness with the Government of New Brunswick. She holds a Masters in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership.

Clare has a proven and strong belief in the power of community—particularly in rural and Indigenous contexts—and in philanthropy that listens first, supports local leadership, and helps communities thrive on their own terms.

Clare will be based in the Annapolis Valley and will travel throughout Nova Scotia as part of her work. We look forward to working with Clare as she connects with current partners who support the mission of Fulcher Foundation, and we are especially excited about new opportunities as her work with current and future partners evolves.
